FleetBoard time-management concept simplifies payroll accounting

The FleetBoard time-management concept focuses on simplifying the recording and evaluation of drivers' working hours. Working hours can be recorded with digital and analogue tachographs or without a tachograph connection. In addition, FleetBoard DispoPilot can be used to record working-hours categories over and above the tachograph groups. This setup means there are fewer work steps as, in this way, the depot can monitor the statutory driving times and rest periods and also optimise planning. The drivers' working hours can be forwarded to the payroll accounting software via the FleetBoard Web Services interface without any problems whatsoever, thus simplifying the accounting procedures, especially in the case of time-based pay.
