Two-time Daytona 500 champ (Could have been three if it wasn't for that lousy fender) Sterling Marlin is trouble with the state of Tennessee for dumping fill dirt into a stream. Marlin now faces over $8,600 in fines. This also isn't the first time that Marlin has had this problem, Marlin was fined $2,500 for the same offense back in May of 2006.But not to worry folks, I'm sure Sterling can pay off these fines with his current ride in NASCAR. Oh wait.
