Renovation of Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Fellbach

Fellbach, Germany, Jul 01, 2008 - The Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Fellbach will be undergoing renovation work as of 7 July 2008. The front customer area is being completely redesigned and the vehicle showroom is being partially redesigned to bring both areas into line with current Mercedes-Benz branding. The renovation measures will improve both the appearance of the Classic Centerand atmosphere within, enabling even more effective communication of the traditions of the Mercedes-Benz brand. The work is scheduled to be finished by 28 August 2008.

During the entire renovation period, the Classic Center will remain open to the public at the usual times (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) without any restriction. The sale of classic car replacement parts will continue as usual during the renovation. Vehicles which are on sale will remain on show in the showroom for the entire period because only minor work is being performed here. The popular tour of the Classic Center, which is free to the public, will also continue take place as usual every Monday at 2 p.m. Advance registration is required for group tours.

Only the Mercedes-Benz Classic Collection Shop is being relocated during the renovation period. Our partner company Evo GmbH (Max-Planck-Stra�e 25, 70736 Fellbach) will be running the shop until the end of August. The shop opening hours will remain from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Naturally, Mercedes-Benz Classic Collection items will still also be available from the Mercedes-Benz Museum Shop.
We are not expecting any complications related to the renovation work. There may however be some slight inconvenience with respect to the day-to-day business of the Classic Center during and in the run up to the renovation period. We would ask our customers to excuse any inconvenience they may experience.
