Brad Carlile gets the "Lucky Stiff" award of the year for winning this beautiful �77 BMW 320i art car. It was painted on-site by Tom Cramer at his 2005 show at the Mark Woolley Gallery as part of the DeSoto building opening, Portland�s Museum of Contemporary Craft.
