Peugeot 908 Le Mans racer revealed

Peugeot has revealed its contender for this year's Le Mans 24 hour race, and it is the beast you see above.
Hot on the heels of Audi's R18 - which tested in Florida earlier this week - the 908 features a 3.7-litre V8 (down from last year's V10) diesel engine producing 550bhp (down around 150bhp from last year).
Pug chose a closed-cockpit because they found little difference between that an open-cockpit, preferring the added driver safety of the former.
Three crews will pilot the 908 - Alexander Wurz, Anthony Davidson and Marc Gene will pilot 908 no.7, Franck Montagny, Nicolas Minassian and Stephane Sarrazin will drive no.8, and Sebastien Bourdais, Pedro Lamy and Simon Pagenaud will steer no.9.
Peugeot 908 vs Audi R18 in a robot-wars death match. You know it makes sense...
