RUMOR: Schumacher could retire at the end of the 2010 Formula 1 season

Following the latest speculations, which indicate that, for the next F1 season, MERCEDES GP PETRONAS will trim its new single-seater the way Michael Schumacher likes, it now appears that the 7-times World Champion might actually write off his F1 career once and for all at the end of this year, after a quite unsuccessful return into competition in 2010. For 2011, the one destined to take his place will be Force India's Adrian Sutil, whose agreement with the Indian racing team expires at the end of this year. In this way, the vacant seat will be taken by another Mercedes-Benz protge, the DTM driver Paul di Resta, who also drove for Force India in certain free practice session throughout the season.
