Fooling around with a 'special' Evo X

An old friend of mine (who would like to remain anonymous) is absolutely nuts. Way Han and the boys went over to his place one day to find a very unique Lancer Evolution X.

The Police Lancer Evolution X! He has police vehicles in his house!
