The Hilux has been on the European market since 2006 but thanks to falling sales of Toyota's, the popular Hilux pick-up will be facelifted for 2009.
Engines are expected to remain the same. The Malaysian market will keep the 102PS, 2.5 litre D4-D engine. Europe will get a 3.0 D-4D engine alongside the former. Minor changes on the outside include a heavier profiled front bumper, a new grille, restyled wing mirrors with integrated indicators and new alloy wheels.
Toyota Europe has yet to make an announcement but expect the revised Hilux to hit European showrooms towards in Spring 2010.
