The updated Mercedes-Benz R-Klasse for the year 2010 is currently undergoing the last phase of its testing and development programme. Set to be unveiled at next month's North American International Auto Show in Detroit, the large crossover features a major overhaul of the front fascia, a slight revision of the rear end, with LED lights and new tailpipes, minor improvements of the dashboard and interior, and possibly, Mercedes-Benz's latest safety, dynamics and infotainment technologies that were first seen on the new E- and S-Klasse FL, as well as some changes in the engine range, with the addition of BlueTEC and BlueEFFICIENCY powerplants.
