SPY - 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS AMG spotted for the first time

Last week, we were bringing the 2011 CLS-Klasse in the spotlight after some months of silence. This evening, we were completely delighted to find out that the top version of the range, the future 2011 CLS AMG, has been photographed for the first time in the "wild".

It is a piece of cake to recognize the AMG model under that heavy camo:the supersized wheels and the double exhausts unmask it. The designation of this car is still unknown:if it is still bound to use the current 6,2 litres V8(525 BHP) engine, then we'll have CLS 63 AMG, but, if Mercedes-Benz will deliver us a nice surprise with the addition of the eagerly-awaited, brand new, 5,5 litres V8 twin-turbocharged AMG unit, then the sporty 4door coupe will return to the classic CLS 55 AMG name.
