A tribute to the flying lady
Rolls-Royce is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Spirit of Ecstasy by introducing a series of bespoke Phantoms.
Dubbed the Centenary Collection, one hundred cars will be outfitted with exclusive exterior colors (Rhapsody Black, Maiden Blue, Ethereal White Pearl, and Wildflower), a silver Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, and unique black chrome badges.
To dress up the interior, Rolls-Royce installed a hand-made instrument cluster, a Britannia Silver analog clock, and a commemorative plaque. Furthermore, the glove box lid is inscribed with the quote: "A graceful little goddess, the Spirit of Ecstasy, who has selected road travel as her supreme delight and alighted on the prow of a Rolls-Royce motor car to revel in the freshness of the air and the musical sound of her fluttering draperies." - Charles Sykes, 1911
According to Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten M�ller-�tv�s, "These beautiful models follow the finest traditions of Rolls-Royce in their luxury, craftsmanship and attention to detail. They encapsulate the essence of the Spirit of Ecstasy legend, presenting owners with a range of exclusive bespoke options available only in this centenary year."
