Good news! A German tuner has announced a modification programme for the Dacia Duster.
Yes, James May's favourite humble soft-roader gets lightly spanked with the bejewelled pimp stick. Elia, who we've never heard of before, has introduced two packages for our little Romanian hero.
The first, called the �Adventure Kit', adds a whopping bull-bar to the front end and some protective side skirts. The second gets the West Coast Customs treatment, with 16-inch alloys (18-inchers are optional), LED daytime running lights, new side skirts and a chrome exhaust pipe.
Should you require your Duster to actually have more poke than the appliance after which it is named, there is even a tuning kit that recalibrates the ECU in the 1.5-litre diesel and ups power to a faintly giddying 122bhp. However...
