SUNBEAM - HARRY WESLAKE
Note the outfits in the old photos of Harry Weslake (in double-breasted suit, fedora, pocket square, and member's badge on the lapel - for all access at the Brooklands racetrack) and Gordon Cobbold (in leathers, but wearing a white shirt and tie underneath, as was typical in the 1920's).
The bike is my 1928 Sunbeam TT90, an experimental machine apparently built by Harry Weslake (of Jaguar fame) who worked at Sunbeam testing his gas-flow theories on the racing bikes. It has deviations from standard, such as the long-distance tank and single-port head, and it goes like stink! One of my very favorite bikes ever.
